Her resignation comes on the heels of the announcement that she had been cast in the upcoming Hulu series Saint X, which had been teased earlier this month. She could be on her way out of the AMC drama, according to a report in Deadline.
A few difficult and emotionally charged moments occurred in her final appearance as she battled to avoid becoming a zombie. Due to a mysterious small girl who appears to be her younger self through her imagination, Alycia battles the fever and survives another day, fighting the hardest fight of her life.
While they’re all running for their lives, she makes apologies to Victor Strand (Colman Domingo).
Vic reminded Alycia that she didn’t just prevent it to force her to stay and accomplish the impossible. Alycia also stated that she did it because she loved Victor. This week’s episode ends with Alycia taking on a new role on her own, saying that she’s feeling better than she has for a long time.
Alycia Debnam-Carey informs her 8-year-old self that she plans to find the people who heard her message and spend some time ensuring that they have somewhere safe to go. It’s possible that Alycia could return at some point in the future now that she’s survived the fever. As a workaround, Debnam-Carey posted pictures of herself leaving the show on Instagram.
When Alycia turned 21, we embarked on this insane journey, she wrote. After seven years and 100 episodes, however, it was time to move on as an actor and a person at the age of 28. In order to keep moving forward in her career, she needed to seek out new experiences and start over. As far as goodbyes go, Alycia couldn’t have asked for anything better.
My lovely @feartwd family and I have just completed an incredible and life-changing journey by wagering on Alycia Clark. The kind of joy Alycia felt while racing on @feartwd for goodbyes, she said, is something she’s not sure she’ll ever be able to completely convey.
Alycia went on to say that it’s been the perfect place for her to develop as an actor and gain new skills. She had the opportunity to work with a wide range of exceptional and brilliant people.
It paved the way for other opportunities, such as the chance to direct, and exposed me to a slew of wonderful people who have helped me along the way. Thrilling, demanding, pleasurable, difficult, and motivating all summed up this experience.
A way to wrap up Alycia’s tale has been discussed with showrunners, such as @goldbergian and @andrewchambliss, throughout the years. Alycia also expressed her gratitude to the actors and crew from all over the world, including Los Angeles, Vancouver, Mexico, and Texas. When she told me how grateful she was to have known you all her life, I was speechless.
