The second game of the night would be the one to truly give fans a show. In a tight 57-54 win, the Wolf Pack would go through 8 ties and 11 lead changes to hold on to win in a game that came down to the buzzer, exciting the fans and showing the support that Co-Lin has for its team. In an interview with girls head coach Gwyn Young, he was stated as saying “This is how it should be every game. The environment tonight was simply electric, from the fans, to the cheerleaders, to the band, to see everybody into the game and rooting for you and supporting you, it’s why we coach. It’s why these guys and girls play the game.” In an interview with boys head coach Kenny Bizot, he was quoted as saying, “Everything that we have done tonight is all thanks to Coach Reed. We have a great staff and a great group of guys who came together when they needed to and pulled out the win for us. We’ve got a lot more games to play and we’ve got to prepare for them. We appreciate all of the support the fans and staff gave us tonight. It truly means so much to us as coaches and as players and we are thankful to be able to play in such a wonderful environment.”
