My name is Eric Dunn I’m from Kentwood Louisiana. I would like to
tell you my opium on eating healthy. I think everyone should eat
healthy. Eating healthy can be one of the most important things to do
in your life. By eating healthy it can help you live longer and also keep
your body strong. I think most people don’t eat healthy because of the
taste of other food. You should start eating healthy at birth. If you don’t
start eating healthy at birth it would be hard to start later on in life.
Healthy eating can reduce many risk of illness and diseases. Eating
healthy and physical activity should come hand and hand. They both
can help you many ways. By you eating healthy it would also put the
right nutrition in your body. If you start eating healthy you should get
on a diet. When your body gets all of the nutrition it needs from the
food you eat, it will be better fueled to keep you feeling energized all
day long. Eating healthy is the best choice to make for your diet. When
you eat a healthy diet, your body gets a steady supply of glucose which
helps to maintain insulin sensitivity. Healthy eating means eating a
variety of foods that give you the nutrients you need to maintain your
health, feel good, and have energy. These nutrients include protein,
carbohydrates, fat, water, vitamins, and minerals. Nutrition is
important for everyone. Eating a healthy, balanced diet plays an
essential role in maintaining a healthy weight, which is an important
part of overall good health. Being overweight or obese can lead to
health conditions such as type 2 diabetes, certain cancers, heart disease
and stroke. Being underweight could also affect your health. It is
important for people to understand how their behavior and activities
contribute to the safety of food and how they can decrease the risk of
foodborne illness. From processes on the farm to practices in the
